Great location if you need to be in the Eager/Springerville area. But the rooms are way overdue for some TLC. Our bathroom door handle was barely hanging on. The TV remove fell apart. The furniture and lamps should have been replaced 10 years ago. And the mattress was beyond old and uncomfortable.
