I live here so amenities aren't a thing. They are going through renos and there was a mixup with the room. I paid for a king with kitchenette and when a room with such wasnt available, they easily upgraded me to the family suite which was equipped with a full kitchen plus added space and they didn't even bat an eye. I've stayed there many times, and I would never hesitate to go back.

Live here so amenities aren't a thing. And the hotel is under renos so gym, pool, hottub are out of order. The jacuzzis are too but I booked a king room and the gave me a SUITE just without a working jacuzzi. They made it hard to complain.

I stay in Medicine Hat alot, out of all the hotels, this was one of the the least painful experiences. The place is kind of a maze though

They are under new ownership and apparently they have a new system. I had booked a king and it took 4 attempts to find me a king room. They kept trying to give me double queens. Otherwise was good. Ive stayed multiple times and will go back.

This property looks like 3stars or more hotel but advertised low value compared to its facilities. Meals is excellent. Hotel was new management and under renovation.

I booked on Expedia and got a very large room with 2 queen beds for $80 total. This included a free bkft.We got an omelet, bacon, muffin and yogurt. It was delicious. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I will definitely stay there again

It was all good . Just the hot tub in room was unavailable but on the site it said to rent the room with the jacuzzi. Maybe should change that Thank u

The room was newly renovated but it still somewhat smelled of smoke. The bed was very comfy and crisp white linens which I love , so you can see they are clean. Had a shower in the morning and when I stepped in the tub black was coming off my feet, as I had been walking around in room with no shoes. So, not sure how well the floor had been cleaned as it was vinyl plank. Honestly, maybe once all renos are complete and pool is opened it would be better but for now I would only give it 2-3 stars.

Scammers' hotel, worst management, do not even care about clients. Cancelled my confirmed reservation without even notifying and when we arrived at 1 am, asked us to find other property

Staff was awesome, comfy bed, only issue is I didn’t get a wifi sign in and the pool is closed, however if you just need a place to stay for the week for work or whatever else this is the way to go. Good place to stay for the time being
