Does not answer emails or the phone. We tried to call due to storm Flores we were going to be arriving a day later, but no answer to any calls or emails, then when we arrived they asked for an email confirmation with password for key and safety box?! Which they did send us the day after we went home!
The room was in the basement so our outlook was a brick wall, no curtains just an ill fitting blind, which we had to put towels at the side to stop light coming through.
The hotel advertised on their website and on here, a restaurant, don’t be fooled like us, no breakfast or any food available, the dining room is a storage space. Tea and coffee is available in the rooms but no milk. No fridge to store any milk in so if you buy any it goes off quickly.
Bed was acceptable, sheets were clean, but no bed making while we were there, just fresh towels.
Advertised as 1.5 miles from centre, not sure which centre but definitely not Edinburgh, Uber cost around £8.
Over all not impressed at all, better hotels for less or same money, and in the centre of Edinburgh, save your money, legs and time by booking one of them.
