The air conditioning/heat unit did not work at all. Fortunately, we were on the second floor and you were able to leave a window open overnight. The other matter was that the windows were terribly dirty on the inside. It looked like they had not mean clean sometimes. On another note, the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
