Estuvimos 4 noches. No hicieron la cama 3 noches. Nunca limpiaron la habitación ni el baño, a pesar de nuestra insistencia todos los días. Cuando reservamos un hotel, esperamos servicio de hotel. Nos habíamos quedado en la misma propiedad hace 9 años y fue una buena experiencia. Ahora dan la impresión de que no les importa prestar los servicios elementales de un hotel, iniciando por la limpieza. No habremos de volver a este hotel.

The lodge is great...the dining room and deli, unfortunately, are terrible. All meals were substandard and there are no other nearby options to eat. I do NOT recommend you stay here. The other lodges in the park have much better food.

The main Hotel was great. We stayed at the Sandpiper lodge behind the main hotel because the main hotel was booked. The rooms were very small and no drawers to put your things in, we lived out of our suitcase. Very noisy, you could hear people above you walking around. Not good at 5AM. We spend our evenings at the main hotel sun room which was very nice.

Remember:no Tv ,no internet , no refrigerator, coffee to buy and fancy restaurant that you need reservations for. Who has time for that while exploring Yellowstone? Just want normal food at a time convenient for you. Deli would be nice as a second option ?

There was no wifi and the computers were not working at the hotel. So that was a real pain. Also, the walls are like paper so I could hear what the people were doing in the room upstairs and next door. Otherwise, beautiful, wonderful and had a great time.

Nice stay in BEAUTIFUL location on Lake Yellowstone. All staff were helpful and the room was clean updated and cozy. Warm when it counted. Loved the big window sitting area looking out to the lake. Bar staff were nice and I appreciated the non alcohol options. Dining Room has impeccable service but I would say a little overpriced. No fitness facility TV or WiFi. But you're in the middle of a national park so don't stay in and watch TV just go outside and walk a few trails with the phone off! The animals are the best amenities!

Checked-in was delayed for 2 hours (6pm). Rooms ceiling creaks when the guest above takes every step. Did not get much sleep during the stay. Parking is packed and hard to find at nite. Of course, no cell or internet service. Not quite camping but close. Definitely not worth the price. Taking one for history but never again.

Nous avions fait le Check in en avance comme demandé par l’hôtel pour 18h00. À notre arrivée nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes à l’accueil, et on nous a annoncé que notre chambre serait prête pour 19h30. Le réseau téléphonique est catastrophique et il n’y a pas de wifi à disposition. Concernant le restaurant les prix sont exorbitants et nous n’avons pas pu manger avant 21h45. Le comble fut le petit déjeuner où il nous a été annoncé après être installés que seul les formules à 25$ par personnes seraient servi. Endroit réservé à des familles aisées

No WiFi! No TV, No Standard Coffee Maker, Very hot room (74 degrees) with no way to cool it down, Bed was very hard, Very slow restaurant and very sad menus not to mention poor food prep and service, No charging ports ….. I guess because there is no internet!! Other than this there were some nice incidentals…. Teddy bear, glasses with sayings…. But they were not free you had to purchase them!

The hotel itself and the rooms are outdated - a very old structure. The floor directly above squeaked badly when people above walked or ran the water; you can hear everything above. PLEASE READ. Done intentionally by the facility - there is NO WIFI on the property. You will need other means to access wifi, perhaps your own hotspot. Also, there is no cellular service either. I have T-Mobile and could not acquire a signal anywhere on the premises. I like to be connected to family and loved ones while I'm gone; that is why the WIFI is important to me. The rooms have NO television either. However, the on-site restaurant had very good food. Service was good; the people working there were polite and helpful. For what they're charging you and what you get is not worth it. I would recommend perhaps staying elsewhere.

Most of staff were very attentive. Primarily the dining room suffered greatest in any scoring. Some very visibly showed lack of training or being extremely new while those with some/greater knowledge stood around not offering assistance. Lack of joint team work left more than one patron upset. Most of the time the front didn't need more than one, The second and third should have helped to bus tables, sit water or take payment. It was fully inexcusable to see suffering employees while others wondered or talked. To arrive at our room at 1800 with house keeping still turning over rooms was not good. Cleaning floor of lobby at 1500 (a wet floor) during high traffic time not only didn't look good but was unsafe. Hopefully staffing will become better since the previous evening was spent at another hotel in the park and we received better service for a better price'
