A great place to stay and a central location to visit the many sides of the park. The room was clean, comfortable and somewhat bigger than the rooms in the older hotels in the area. The hotel was close enough to the Old Faithful Inn where we walked to in the evenings to enjoy the incredible lobby and nightly music.

Its a great place to stay inside the park. SInce it was the end of the season, there were no crowds. It saves a lot of time staying in the park if you have only a few days to visit Yellowstone. The dining room staff was great to talk to and the local fare was really good.

The Snow Lodge cabin was very spacious and comfortable. It is the best place to stay to watch Old Faithful at any time of the day and several times a day if you want. In the evening managed to get a shot with a Bison next to it. Convenient place to visit the surrounding geysers. Only drawback to this area are the limited dining options.

The cabin I stayed in was old used and abused. With the amount that they charge to stay, they should have these cabins replaced as they’re old and dingy. The only good thing about this property is that you’re very close walking distance to Old Faithful.

Our stay was a great experience. The staff was polite and helpful. The only experience that was disappointing was the meals at the restaurant. It was not family friendly. Should have meals that most people are used to eating.
