The property is excellent and very affordable- Check in was on my phone but the deposit required interaction with the front desk as well as the submission of contact tracing sheet.

Room for improvement

The guards in the lobby didn't want to turn on the AC, the lights in the hallway on the 6th floor, going to room 610 didn't work. At nighttime there was a lot of noise coming from the floor above, furnitures beeing moved around. The room itself was ok, the bed was good and there was a big shower. All in all, if u r having a short stay it is good, but there is definitly room for improvement.

Everything about this property is great just one issue I had, the TV picture is often bad and limited channels. There are probably 20 English channels, and HBO is included. The room is comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, full size fridge, pool, laundry. The free breakfast is Filipino food only and limited selection.

I enjoyed my stay

My stay at Alicia Apartelle was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful in time of need. The hotel has a garage for parking personally owned vehicles. Traffic can be hectic, therefore if you decide to drive around, the security guards will direct traffic in order for you to exit the hotel parking onto the road. The hotel is close to the Gaisano Country Mall and is located across the street from various restaurants and cafe's.
