The hotel was easy enough to check into and the desk clerk was friendly enough but not anything extraordinary. Our room was nice, big, and mostly clean. We had a couch and big Jacuzzi in the room. Parking was okay. It was nice but definitely dated and could use updating. The Jacuzzi was nice, big, but definitely older. There should be something on the bottom to keep you from slipping due to size and the way you need to get in. The water did not get hot enough to get jacuzzi temp. It was just warm and I actually was getting cold. Disappointing. The bed was comfortable enough but not overly. The pillows were a little rough if you have neck issues. There was no phone in my room to call the desk. I sent a message for a late checkout, only an hour and they ignored it and the housekeepers knocked on our door right at 11:00 am telling us to get out. I had the do not disturb sign on the door. I said we asked for a late checkout. She rudely said you gotta get out by 11:00. Just wow, thanks for the customer service there. The air conditioner apparently had a bird in it and we heard chirping on and off. I actually thought it was a kitten in our room at first. The refrigerator made a noise like buzz on and off and the floors were a little thin. I hate that they only give you 3 little towels when they have a jacuzzi also. They were very thin at that. Even in off season, we paid a good price for that room, almost $300 for the night.
