Had such a wonderful stay. Kimberly went above and beyond to make myself and my dog feel welcome. My breakfasts were amazing, and even an extra slice of bacon was cooked up for my dog! Such a cute heritage home. River park is directly across which makes for a lovely little walk. Highly recommend staying!

The Emilyville Inn is a gorgeous old home. The wide plank pine floors and antique furniture were impressive. Kimberly, our hostess, was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. She showed us around before taking us to our room, which was just lovely. We had a great night's sleep and a wonderful "full" breakfast the next morning. I highly recommend a stay here. This is a quaint yet comfortable Inn. It has old world charm in addition to all modern amenities. We felt welcome and at home for our two night stay. The beds, linens and towels were fresh and comfortable. Our hostess - Kimberley, gave us a gracious welcome and was available should we need anything. Overall, the ground floor, good off-street parking and use of two sitting rooms was very convenient for us. The breakfasts were amazing! I recommend the Emmilyville Inn at Campbellford without hesitation .

My wife and I stayed there for a night in the Honeymoon room. Amenities were great, Kimberly was extremely welcoming and accomodating. She texted ahead of our stay to ask about our meal preferences, and was available and replied promptly to any questions we had. Our room was clean and private. There was a nice little rooftop patio that we very much enjoyed hanging out on to end our evening. The home itself is charming and beautiful. The breakfast was far beyond our expectations. Amazing meal- and we will try our best to recreate those potatoes! If we are ever in that area again we will certainly be staying at Emilyville Inn. Had an amazing stay,
