Good location and a good price. Over a night club but fine on a Monday. Rooms clean and bed comfortable

Being very low priced expectations were not high, but the sheets, towels and toilet were very clean and being centrally placed between the city and the railway station, it served a purpose.

Good location, not far from Norwich Railway Station. Clean room, good shower, comfortable bed. Easy checkin and checkout procedures. Good value.

its rough around the edges but the room was clean and the staff was very helpful nothing was to much trouble. only thing is that it is above a night club but that didn't effect sleep much.

Slightly outdated decor but very clean and tidy. Generous amount of tea & coffee provisions provided. Bathroom in room 3 was a bit cramped and it wasn't possibly to stand up in the shower owing to the low ceiling/staircase. Good value for money, especially considering the relatively last minute timing of my booking. Well located for the city centre and the railway station.

If you are looking for a good night's sleep don't bother. The place is above a nightclub which plays music from 11-3am, at least it did on a Saturday. The room itself was satisfactory, comfortable bed though I couldn't work the shower.
Opinión verificada

4/10 Regular

There is a nightclub downstairs. It was very noisy and in an unsavoury part of town. The stairs to the rooms are steep and narrow.

Only good thing was it's distance from railstation...hotel was dated and very depressing and above a nightclub...rooms on floors 1 & 2 no lift...no breakfast available although supermarket opposite

The room was comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly. I havd been to this hotel many tines for its good value for money and the great location, the city center is within walking distance.

comfortable bed in a good sized room in agree location up the main drag into town from the station Only improvement is the bathroom - it was freezing !

This is very basic accommodation, there’s nothing really wrong with it, but it’s up an awful lot of stairs, no lifts. It was clean enough, but very basic. No frills! It was very noisy from the club, very warm, could hear other guests, bed was not comfy at all, pillows were old and flat and stained. But it was a safe place to sleep.

Handy for railway station and Rose Lane car park. Clean and comfortable. Made very welcome. Did exactly what I needed it to do.
Opinión verificada

8/10 Muy buena

It has reputation of being noisy, especially on Friday & Saturday nights when the nightclub below the hotel is in full swing. However, although it is noisy, I was given earplugs by the reception staff and I slept reasonably well. I was in room 5, to the rear of the hotel at the rear, and it was very quiet on the other nights.

We only stayed one night and it was excellent value for money. It was a Friday night so the nightclub downstairs was open but the noise didn't bother us. Room was warm with a TV and also a well stocked tea and coffee tray. The bathroom was also clean.

returning customer, my go to place in Norwich, , excellent position, close to the train station, plenty of bars and eateries and a Tesco right opposite. The building is not new, the furniture might seem dated but very functional and no visible defects and had a very good sleep , very comfy bed and all linesn and bathroom and everything else very clean. I will be back

Room 10 run down and poorly maintained. Shower head and holder broken and 3 steep flight of stairs to get to the room. Poor insulation and despite being on the top floor, could hear all the noise from the road outside.
