If you’re looking for something on the cheaper side but still very nice and close to the beach this is the place! Walking distance to everything restaurants, the pier, bars, and entertainment. The staff was lovely and very friendly, the restaurant next door. (the lazy pirate) has great food and amazing drinks. I enjoyed my trip and will be returning!

My room was outdated, sink and tub old, cracked and stained. Stains in the bathroom walls. It was clean, good place to stay on a guys fishing trip but not a romantic get away. Bed was ok, only stayed for one night. I probably won’t book again. If you’re going to leave a review please be honest. Had I know the condition I wouldn’t have booked here. It’s not a 10 out of 10. Location is good.

Staff was very pleasant. Cleanliness was horrible sheets and pillows full of stains and black hairs. Floors were not swept or moped. Toilet was dirty. We swept our own floor changed our pillow cases and slept on top of the beds after purchasing our own blankets at walmart. And bought cleaning supplies to clean our toilet. Very disappointed in the Cleanliness. Otherwise was within walking distsnce of everything. The pirates cove restaurant next door was amazing. The service and staff were amazing. The food was hot and fresh each time we stopped. Definitely worth dtopping to eat.

I want to start off by saying how amazing the staff was, from the people who work the desk to the people who clean the rooms. I had a third floor room at first which (that’s a lot of stairs) but it was quiet and nice getting an outside table I could relax on and people watch or to enjoy the weather & view. I ended up staying longer & got a room on the first floor in a pet friendly room because my husband brought up our pup. This hotel is great for allowing pets at all, let alone having a dog park behind the yellow building where the dumpsters are. People end up ruining everything eventually though of their own accord because any grass surrounding the hotel & the dog area had so much dog poop, it’s disgusting. That’s not on the hotel though and people will eventually ruin a good thing with them allowing dogs here. The first floor was much louder with people in and out and there was only a bench to sit on. Also, the room had some issues like the bathroom door peeling so it was difficult to open the door every time. Also, I want to add with the restaurant in the same area, on a busy night the hotel gets overrun with people coming to eat and they park wherever they please. It’s impossible to be able to leave for the evening and come back because then there would be no where to park. The price makes this place worth it when all is said and done. (We stayed during the off season.)

So the room was not very clean. We found it while staying there they only do housekeeping on Wednesday. The smoke alarm in our room was missing which made me feel very unsafe. We did ask them to clean the room and they did do it after we asked however I didn't smell any cleaner products. They were very short staffed. My husband after we got home found it he has bed bug bites on his arms. No response from the owner has been made. The staff was nice and the restaurant beside the hotel is nice.
