For check-in, a huge line-up! There were two people working at the reception counter when we came in & then for the next 25 mins, just the one person. This was around 3pm (check-in is from 2pm) so wasn't anywhere near peak time. Got into room at about 3:40pm. Didn't seem to be any urgency to clear the line-up. No power in all double power points, TV, Bedside light & fridge in room except for aircon & main light. Had to go out 35 mins later to go to tennis & wouldn't be back until after midnight. Advised reception on our way out to the tennis (had to give room key-card back). When returned in the early hours of the morning, the young lady had no idea (wasn't in any notes or passed on). Also, wasn't aware that the key card had been returned. Had to re-program a new one and gave it to us. We checked power & was resolved. She advised that she was coming up with us but got delayed with the front door, a couple of mins later she came up & advised power issue was resolved. So didn't have to move to another room. Check-out was express by placing key-card in express box on reception counter. At least this time, (stayed there last year), there was the basic toiletries (last year, only had one towel, no soap/body wash, a bottom sheet & doona only (no top sheet)) for two adults. This time was it was for three adults.
