Room wasn’t bad. Basic amenities. A lot of people hanging around outside. Pool not open. Damage to outer building. Side doors stay unlocked. People hang around in lobby at night.

The staff was friendly. The room was not cleaned. Found a pair of under garments in the room after checking in and bringing bags into the room. There was a lot of loitering outside the hotel in the parking lot in the front and behind the hotel.

This hotel was not the same as the advertisement. In fact, I didn't recognize the property when I arrived. The facility was old and in need of repairs. I did not like the lingering smell. I cancelled my reservation because there was no way I was staying there! I had to find another hotel for the night.

Okay for a quick stay

The woman at the front desk was great and super nice. The first room was not so great. No linens or toiletries and the tv didn’t work. She did put us in another room that was okay other than the tv still not working. It was fine for the amount of time we spent there but definitely wouldn’t recommend more than one night.

Outside the property is infested with cockroaches and inside the property as well. I will not refer anyone to stay at this place whatsoever, bad experience unsafe, people were hanging around outside by the hotel that we're not even staying there. I'll let the person at the front desk know about people hanging around and don't know if they did anything about it.

Overall our stay was amazing. We were very comfortable. The room was a nice size. It was clean. The staff was nice. The pool wasn’t working at the time of our stay and some of the fitness equipment was not working. Also when we requested extra towels we never got them. But it wasn’t a big deal because we still managed. If I had to I would stay again. Even my kids enjoyed it. Thank you to the staff for being welcoming and nice the whole time we stayed here.

First of I couldn’t check cause employee was on break. Second was hardly anything worked in the room. Came back after shooting in the tournament and the bottom floor smelled like vomit. Went to check and the clerk was asleep

This place needs work

We arrived at at 8 pm and the staff had to check two rooms before to find a “clean and ready” room. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Room floor was sticky, curtains were stained, remote had grease on it, toilet paper on roll was dirty. The positive was the manager was polite and kindly refunded me.

This place is absolutely horrible. Bed wasn’t clean, sleep sofa was damaged, front desk associate didn’t have any knowledge of anything, just horrific. Pool was run down and not operable, no a/c on in the room. Did not stay, too nasty.
