When I booked my trip to Muncie for 2 nights with my 7 year-old son, I had options and chose this hotel. Good location, good photos, I’ve stayed at a Quality Inn before, all good. It was terrible, especially for $103 + tax per night. Pretty dingy, smelly, outdated overall. The remote control had leftovers of the body fluids of the past 10 guests. There is no breakfast to speak of. Pics show hot trays for eggs and bacon, all you get is a granola bar and watered down juice. We brought our bread, luckily, but they had no butter and I had to beg for jam. The toaster doesn’t work. Instead of bfast, we thought we’d go to the pool before our 4-hour ride home, but our room key didn’t open the door. The guy at the front desk couldn’t help, said to wait for the cleaning crew to show up. We didn’t have 90 min to waste. Positive: comfy beds and quiet room, we slept well.
