After being a loyal customer of this hotel, this was our fourth stay this year alone with Blossom, they have horrible management nowWe encountered the very loud jetted tub noise from another room, they said below us, louder than ours in the room, from 11:30 pm to 2:30 am. This noise was so loud there was no sleeping through it. They offered to move us at 1:30 am, but when my husband asked at 8 am, he was told the people checked out and we could not move rooms. Well they didn’t check out and we endured it for two and a half hours that night. We brought it to the attention of the manager and he was rude, a bully and I can see why she lied to us, it is all acceptable. I never leave bad reviews, especially with a place we had grown to love, but this was by far the worst experience. Stay away from room 218, you will not sleep. Which made my disability worse and I was throwing up and had to tell the doc at my morning appointment that I could not get the Botox for my migraines that I desperately need because I was too sick from a dysautonomia flare from lack of sleep. This was brought to hotels.com attention and they were not helpful either, so beware. Also, the beds and pillows are old and broke down now. I hope they get better management as we truly enjoyed them before.
