Increíble experiencia, el staff siempre atento y servicial. La habitación es muy bonita, todos los detalles del hotel y la habitación son muy bien cuidados. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca de bares y restaurantes.

Erica was the most unprofessional GM I have ecer encountered... beyond her attempt (and in one case, succes) at fraudulent extra charges, her demeanor and greetings made us genuinely question why she chose the hospitality industry at all. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted.

A lovely hotel with nice amenities. Located well in the walled city. Room was street front but was quiet at night. Nice sitting areas on the balcony and outside the room. Small rooftop pool was great also for some down time.

the service was excellent for the first 24 hrs with a caveat. we had a very early arrival & they were able to let us check in at 12:30 pm instead of 3 pm. however, we were never reminded to come down for the complimentary breakfast. we overlooked this detail when we booked (our 2nd stay at the end of our trip at another nearby hotel mentioned the breakfast hours & that is when we realized we never received breakfast at Mansión Tcherassi). On our 3rd morning (we booked 4 nights), i noticed that they did not give us the complimentary coffee pods for our coffee maker in our room. we called the front desk and they told us we would be charged since they only provided it once (even though we had received the pods for our first 2 nights). we found this to be very petty -- the norm in the hotel industry is free coffee pods per the nights booked, not once for your entire stay. and one would think that at this time they would have mentioned our complimentary breakfast. i also had to ask for bath salts every night since they only provided for our first night. our suite had a lovely freestanding soaking tub, so again, one would assume they would have replenished the bath salts with each daily cleaning. for a hotel this caliber we were pretty disappointed in these details.

We enjoyed our stay due to the well appointed interiors, friendly staff and comfortable bedrooms and beds. The only observation is that the hot water took a little bit of time to warm up, however because Cartagena is so hot this was not a big issue. Breakfast was delicious.
