Generally a good stay-poor breakfast

We were visiting the Armagnac region and its manu Armagnac producers. The room are generally good however the aircondition filters could definitely need a cleaning. The breakfast was definitely a very poor experience, hardly any food left and even though we asked for some of the missing items, they were not refilled. Breakfast not worth the money we paid.

Hôtel de centre ville visité en hiver, nous n'avons pas eu le loisir de profiter de l'extérieur fort sympathique ni de la toute petite piscine visiblement réservée à des cours pour habitués. L'accueil est agréable. Concernant le stationnement, l'hôtel propose un tout petit garage de 2 ou 3 places au tarif de 10€ la nuit, sinon, vous pourrez vous garer dans la rue en zone bleue ou gratuitement sur les quais de la rivière Baïze. Notre chambre au calme avait le privilège d'être orientée vers le jardin. Grand lit confortable et salle de bains correctement équipée. Pour le repas du soir, le restaurant propose des plats variés d'excellente qualité, Véronique saura vous conseiller avec professionnalisme. Petit déjeuner correct, sans plus, facturé 14€ par personne.

Nous avions réservé une suite pour 4 personnes, à notre arrivée les lits des enfants n’étaient pas prêts. Les lits supplémentaires ont été facturés en sus malgré la réservation initiale pour 4 personnes. La piscine n’est accessible que sur réservation et nous n’avons pas été encouragés à l’utiliser. Un accueil chaleureux et avenant, des chambres de qualité à la literie excellente et climatisées (séjour par forte chaleur). Restauration soignée et originale dans un parc luxuriant et calme. Le SPA privatisable est un plus. Dommage que le personnel soit parfois en effectif sous-dimensionné (restauration du soir) et que les principaux équipements de la salle de fitness soit hors d'usage, voir dangereux.
