Always a pleasant experience when staying at the Harbor Lights Hotel in Kewaunee, WI.

Our room was very clean, all amenities worked. Lighting in the room was too dull on every lamp and in hallway. Across the street was the harbor and Tug Ludington, a fun walk down the pier on Lake Michigan that ended at the Lighthouse. Gas station also across the street sells munchies, pop and beer.

Only reason they didn't get an excellent was information we were never told. Had to ask for the wi-fi password. Didn't know they had breakfast every day. Found out the morning we were leaving. Toilet kept running. Had to play with the handle to stop it. Had trouble with my key card. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Rooms were dated but clean. We had the harbor view and it was nice to be able to see the lighthouse from our window. All in all it was a good expierence.

A great, clean, and well maintained facilities to stay for the night. The Wi-fi, TV and AC excellent. The balconies overlook a busy small harbor, a fish market and gas station , the people watching was engaging. The breakfast offerings were simple and sufficient, if you have to have amenities like an exercise room, pool or crappy free scrambled egg breakfasts this might not be the place for you, but if you're low key and are looking to enjoy a unique slice of Great Lakes life, this is a great place.

Harbor Lights Lodge has a back parking lot that is kitty corner from the start of the Ahnapee State Trail. This was very convenient as we were bicycling that trail. Room was clean (laminate wood floor) and quiet. Walking distance from restaurants and the harbor.
