Hotel location is very good with many eateries, massage parlors, 2 big shopping malls (1 old & 1 new), plenty retail shops and even a wet market all within short walking distance. Best location! Near 2 shopping malls and a big food court opp. I travel to Batam twice or more a year, this hotel is my everytime choice. I had been booking the deluxe room but this time i booked a larger room De Luxe but was disappointed tho i paid extra for it. There is no table to have your meal if u pack food to eat in your room. Only table available is the dressing table. When we asked the staff for a table, they gave us a 'kind' of stare and suggested us to eat at the lobby instead. In the end, we have to move a table from the smoking room and return after our meal everyday. Do NOT book the De Luxe room. Not comfy, inconvenient n too bright - the room light up after 6am!

Location was good. Breakfast some bowls cups were stained not properly cleaned. Some staff were seen coughing and did not wash hands After touching thier hair. The tables can be cleaned better some flies were seen. Everything can be improved slightly more.
