A friend and i stayed here for 2 nights, despite emailing beforehand to request airport pickup as stated in our booking, there was no pickup. We found a driver holding a card for the hotel and after him calling the hotel he agreed to take us. The hotel is located down a backstreet in Siem Reap, 5 mins walk from the busy areas. the room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was awful, certainly nothing i have experienced before, it was clean but more like a concrete room with shower/sink etc. it almost felt like the rooms were in someones back garden. the pool was small, pretty and clean. The staff were polite but almost like they are not sure what they are doing and they hover around not doing much. we did have a couple of issues, among them being ordering a Tuktuk from the hotel, they did not ask for the money so we paid the driver then the hotel asked us for the money 3 times, despite telling them we had already paid, and on our last day we ordered a Taxi to the airport from the receptionist, who quoted $10. quite a high price for the journey but we agreed as we had an early flight. the following morning a driver arrived with his 2 children in the car to take us. He was very polite and took us to the airport but was very very surprised when we handed him the money which makes me question the hotel staff! There is also a vet surgery behind the hotel, so it is very noisy with street noise and barking from early in the morning etc. I would not stay here again.
