It was excellent. Highly recommended for travellers and holiday trip. Excellent for family and young couples. Good place for honey moon and the swimming pool amd pool side bar makes it a perfect place for relaxation

This was our first trip to Ghana. We had the most wonderful time. An important part of this was our stay at the Eastgate hotel. Frieda and her team could not have been more welcoming. They made us feel at home straight away and were very polite. We took the bed and breakfast option. The cooked breakfast a good start to the day and had fresh vegetables and fruits. A strong recommendation.

I would really like to highlight the incredible staff and customer service at this hotel. It was truly outstanding. My husband unfortunately missed his flight and urgently needed somewhere close to the airport to stay for the night. In the middle of the night we called East Gate Hotel, and they were more than happy to accommodate him at such short notice. Because he didn’t have any phone signal, I asked the staff if they could kindly inform me once he arrived safely. They did this immediately, which gave me so much peace of mind. From that moment on, they took amazing care of him — providing a comfortable room, breakfast, dinner, and even arranging a drop-off back to the airport the following day so he could catch his flight. The whole situation was extremely stressful for us as a family, as so much had happened that was completely out of our control. However, the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff made both my husband and all of us back home feel reassured and at ease. I would recommend East Gate Hotel a million percent. My entire family has saved their details because we were all so impressed by their exceptional service. Thank you so much, East Gate Hotel. Your kindness truly made a difficult situation so much easier.

Det var det värsta vistelsen jag har nånsin varit på. För det första var personalen lite otrevliga och sedan fick jag inte ens rummet som jag bokade för. Fick värdens dåligaste rum med höga ljud både från toaletten och från ac;en. Jag upptäckte att rummets toalett hade problem från första inträdet och sedan meddelade jag det till personalen men dem strunta i mig och sa att rummet var det enda som passade till mitt önskemål i min bokning och att jag ska försöka klara mig i det högljudda rummet. Jag klarade mig i det rummet på första natten men den andra natten gick inte så bra. Vid halv 1 tiden mitt på den andra natten blev det värst, då började det rinna ut vatten från toaletten till sovrummet och när jag kollade i toaletten så var det problemet som jag upptäckte från första dagen som eskalerade. Jag gick då till receptionen och väckte en av personalen så att han kunde se det som hade händ. Jag var tvungen att byta till något mindre rum och när jag frågade efter en större rum som passar min bokning sa personalen att alla rum var fullbokat och att det lilla rummet som jag fick var det enda rummet kvar, och även efter att problemet i första rummet blev löst fick jag inte gå tillbaka till det rummet för att ”rörmokaren hade sagt att toaletten inte får spolas”.

Eastgate hotel is great place to stay whiles on vacation, services was alright, worker's were very respectful, treats you with care and the food was great, but the only thing is the shower was working properly so we use a bucket to take our bath apart from that everything was great, good service.

This is my third time staying there. Gave them the benefit of doubt the first 2 times but nothing improved. Staff was very ride, cable was not working, bathrooms were no properly cleaned, overall terrible experience
