    The worst hotel staff ever

    This hotel easily has the worst staff of all hotels i have ever seen, including comedy, drama and tragedy movies. They cancelled my booking, yelled at me that i had no booking, demanded payment for the room they had cancelled, and then blocked the elevator and refused to let me leave. In my home country that is very very illegal. My recommendation is: avoid this hotel at all cost

    Third hand smoke surrounded the building. When I first step in the room there is a musty smell but It would be alright for most men or non fussy lady. Room consider clean, comfort bed. air-con, heater, faucet and TV well functioned. Staff are very helpful, can communicate in simple English. Jia Relax hotel value for money and suitable for a quick stay for a stopover in Futian district.

    It's a budget hotel, so don't expect much, but it does have good value. If you're looking to stay very close to the Huaqiang electronics market on the cheap, this is very good option. WARNING: at the time of writing this review, google maps has this location (and everything else in the area) a couple blocks north west. The actual location of this hotel just south of the SEG tower, on the south-east corner of the intersection of Huaqiang N/S Rd and Shennan Middle Rd. It's easy to spot if you reference the picture in the hotel description.

    酒店位置近鐵路站，交通方便。附近亦有餐廳便利店。房間感覺乾淨，冷氣亦夠涼，半夜還會覺得冷。退房的時間是下午1點鐘，可以睡晚一點，時間輕鬆一點。所以整體是很好，下次會再選擇。

    親身になって対応してくれるホテルマン

    相場から見てそんなに安いわけではなく価格相当の内容と思います。華強北の電気街が目的なら地下道すぐの立地は便利。隣にマクドナルドもあるので助かります。デポジットにおいて人民元が足りなくても外貨で対応してくれたり、コインランドリーがない中国において屋上の洗濯機を無料で貸してくれたり、従業員が優しいです。

    低樓層房間充滿衛浴臭味,雖然全天開窗通風一樣無法去除

    已多次選擇入住,會再次入住的主因是地點好價格便宜,最適合要逛電子城的住客 但是卻可能是最後一次入住 下次應會慎重考慮

    房間大致整潔，但有一鼓煙味久久不散。而且，房間內並沒有風筒、護髮素提供。另外，打掃房間服務並沒有除掉床上毛髮，只是放好被鋪而已。但值得一提的是員工有禮、願意幫忙，還有房間的床是挺舒服的。

    CHEAP Non-Smoking in Shenzhen

    I had to stay one night at the last minute in Shenzhen. Booked this through Travelocity because it was super cheap, non-smoking and very close to a metro stop. The room is very small and the shower, sink and toilet are combined into a single small room. Also, the bed is very hard. But... it is non-smoking and no(t too many) funny smells. ...and super cheap! For a last minute basic place to sleep on the cheap I recommend it. Word of warning... the reception desk is on the 3rd floor. If you go to the 8th floor reception it is a different hotel and they were VERY rude. The reception ladies at the Jai Relax were very nice, friendly and spoke English. There is a fifty RMB deposit which is returned at checkout.

    저렴하면서 위치가 좋습니다. 다만 그게 전부

    우선 저렴합니다. 정말 저렴합니다. 그러면서 위치가 매우 훌륭합니다 Huachangro metro station exit D와 매우 가깝고 화창베이를 비롯한 전자상가는 길만 건너면 바로입니다. 다만, 장점은 이게 다입니다. 호텔 서비스나 베딩의 품질은 여관급입니다. 옆방 소리가 다 들리며 창문 없는 객실도 존재합니다. 엘리베이터는 매우 작습니다. 호텔 수준에 대해서는 전반적으로 큰기대를 하지 않으시길 바랍니다.

    尚可 還有改進空間

    第二次住這家旅店 會再次選擇這家旅店的最主要原因是位置在賽格電子城對面是逛電子城最佳旅店 這次感覺比上次差因為衛浴間會飄散排水溝異味,並且棉被及枕頭雖有清洗乾淨但有未完全乾就收摺的霉味 所以這次住宿是扣分的

    Simple, cheap, great

    My wife (who is Cantonese)and I wanted something simple, cheap, clean, and near "Computer City." Jia Relax couldn't be more conveniently located--once you've found it. We entered China from HK at Lo Wu for one night. It's an easy walk from the train station to the Metro. Buy tokens, get off at Huaqiang Rd. (not North) station, exit A or B, use a pedestrian bridge to cross the busy main road (Shennan Middle Road if you can find a street sign--it's in the middle of the block), and locate the address. Before you go, get hotel address and street map in Chinese (or someone who speaks Mandarin fluently, the map posted on the street is backwards). The night clerk was friendly, helpful but minimal English. Registering, with excess deposit, is straight forward. Room is very clean with TV, free bottled water, tooth brushes, etc. not luxury. We were very pleased.
