Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. We asked for basic housekeeping every day, but each day ( we were there 6 nights) was different. The sheets were changed once, which we were told, but on a different day from what we were told. We had a no disturb sign out one morning until we left at 11. Then we were told there was no one was there to take towels, empty trash or make the bed after that. Every day different service or story. Ladies at breakfast kept everything nice, filled and orderly. Good! The people at the front desk protected the manager well- I asked to speak to him twice but they insisted I speak to them instead. People there seemed nice , but seemed not to know what to do . I think we desire a free night based on the aggravation and inconvenience we experienced. There aren’t many places in the area we can stay when we visit. Maybe the Courtyard next time?? We are in a new AC now in center square PA this weekend and last weekend at the Marriott at Glenpointe, NJ. Our adult kids had to change rooms twice due to noisy air co . It’s been an interesting trip/ hotel-wise! We’ve been Marriott / bonvoy members a long time. Only fair to ok overall. PS - the manager was on site each time I asked in the Fairfield.
