Darrell the Front Desk Staff was very helpful even though (according to him) it was his first day as the clerk. The hotel was very quiet. The hot tub was pleasant even though it was very bubbly.

I left my bathrobe hanging in the bathroom and realized it after I left. They packaged it up and mailed it to me which I deeply appreciated. You don’t get that kind of service very often.

The overall experience was great however the hotel really didn’t accommodate for anybody with food allergies I had a gluten-free allergy and there wasn’t much offered for breakfast. Had to go out to the Walmart 45 minutes away to find things that I was able to eat for breakfast.

The hotel was a good place to stay and was convenient for white water rafting. A number of mosquitoes were outside the hotel. That may be typical of Kremmling in July, but I'm unsure.

Very comfortable, nice staff, very "western themed" lounge! Food truck with great burgers outside!! Breakfast was basic with good coffee and waffles.

Clean, well-maintained facility. Coffee pot broken, replacement missing parts, third day we finally got coffee in our room. Breakfast okay, but lean on good protein. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Clean room, wonderful staff, the breakfast items were subpar, and our room wasn't cleaned, nor fresh towels provided.

Very clean and comfortable room. We travel with a small dog and had no problem with the hotel accepting that. My only issue with our stay was how noisy it was in the hallway - but that is not the hotel’s fault- just rude people. I would stay there again.
