Amazing View!! Great live music!!

The pool is fantastic and the pool area has an incredible view! The music Friday and Saturday night was awesome! We had a great time sitting by the pool with drinks and listening to the talented singers! The rooms are a little dated and the bathrooms are not comfortable, the shower is very small! But we didn't spend a lot of time in our room. Also had great restaurants in the area you could walk to! We will stay here again.

The staff and service were great. The room was old and stuck in the 80's at best. The window AC was old and falling apart. The floor tiles were worn out in some parts. There were patches of mud (dry wall compound) on some parts of the wall that were not even sanded. The bathroom had black mildew around the shower stall. The bathroom was a Jack and Jill, but one of the doors was very hard to close. The windows were original to the era, so lots of wind would sneak in and the room was cold. They could have used a rubber gasket around the ends to ensure guest comfort. The breakfast buffet was so-so. Cold cuts included cheese and ham only. Only two types of fruit: papaya and cantaloupe. The coffee was bitter. Breads and cakes were very good. Location is hard to find at night, but the view and outdoor facilities are very nice. The view of the ocean is beautiful. There are two adjacent restaurants to the hotel and they looked very nice and clean. We did not eat there because our stay was very short. Overall, I do not think I would go back there. I give the place 2 stars because of the neglect.

Quarto de ótimo tamanho, piscina excelente, área externa muito boa, atendimento no café da manhã excelente. Porém, a manutenção das dependências do hotel poderia ser melhor, também poderia ter mais opções quanto ao regime de alimentação: ALL inclusive, pensão completa, meia pensão.O acesso a recepção deveria ter acesso para centrar de carro até ela e o estacionamento poderia ser coberto para os hóspedes e os carros fica longe da entrada do hotel .No mais nossa estadia foi Muito boa Adoramos.

A vista é o ponto alto. Muito lindo, nascer do sol no hotel é fenomenal. Quarto: fiquei no 4 andar e o chuveiro vinha pouca água, vaso precisava mais de uma descarga para descer, sensação que não chegava toda agua pela caixa. Ar condicionado, cama, roupeiro e frigobar muito bom, nada a reclamar. Hotel: Grande, piscina enorme, ela vai de 1,30 a 2m tudo na mesma, os adultos aproveitam bastante, principalmente homens! Hotel nítido que é antigo, algumas coisas a fazer, na térmica pegamos um dia de chuva e via goteiras ao redor, a parte externa onde fica a piscina tem muitas mesas e deck, a noite pra ficar é legal demais! Em resumo: hotel é simples mas sabe ganhar nos detalhes, a função de sempre ter uma música ou evento é bacana, faz sair do quarto. Recepcionistas educadas, tudo tranquilo em relação a trazer comida do mercado etc. Tem micro que eles disponibilizam. Café ótimo, cada dia que tivemos tinha algo diferente, normalmente salgadinho de salsicha de festa e tal. A cidade tem uns 3 restaurantes que dá para ir a pé a noite, mas, ficamos sete dias na época antes do carnaval e tinha música ao vivo todas as noites no restaurante do hotel, e sax as 17h até 20h, então sempre tinha um movimento.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Por fora, um local muito bonito. A varanda da área do café da manhã é sensacional. Contudo, os quartos já estão bem antigos e precisam de reforma. Não tem água disponível, nem pra comprar em região próxima. Uma garrafinha de 500ml custa 7 reais. O café da manhã é bem básico e poderia melhorar. O atendimento é bem OK, sem muito entusiasmo. A área da piscina é uma confusão, pois no dia em que me hospedei havia um BINGO fazendo barulho a tarde toda. No restaurante do hotel, à noite, basicamente só havia pizza. A confeitaria que funciona no outro salão durante o dia não tem muito a oferecer. Apesar de tudo isso, eu voltarei pela experiência no Morro dos Conventos. É um lugar incrível.

Hotel antigo, mas bem conservado. Ficamos em um dos quartos reformados, com piso vinílico, ar-condicionado, tv e frigobar novos. O banheiro contava com secador de cabelo e chuveiro elétrico moderno. As áreas comuns são diferenciadas, com uma vista espetacular! Contam também com piscinas quente e fria, além de salas de jogos. O bistrô anexo tem um bom cardápio, com instalações confortáveis, comida saborosa e preço justo. Enfim, levando-se em conta o valor da diária e o que é oferecido pelo Hotel, valeu muito a pena e voltaremos com certeza!

Decepção.

A parte externa é linda, e é isso. O café da manhã é ruim e tem pouquíssimas opções, sem falar do atendimento. O estacionamento é gratuito, mas é ruim e é compartilhado com pessoas que vão ao restaurante, então não há garantia de vaga e fica um pouco longe da entrada do hotel que fica nos fundos do mesmo. O quarto era ruim, o colchão péssimo e velho, só havia um criado mudo de um lado o outro tinha sido retirado. O quarto era apertado e não havia nenhum móvel para colocar uma roupa ou uma nécessaire ou apoiar a mala, a não ser o guarda roupa. O banheiro era tão apertado que a porta só abria metade pois batia na pia. Vc precisava entrar, fechar a porta para chegar a pia. Para alguém "maior" nem seria possível passar na porta. O atendimento do restaurante é péssimo. Levamos mais de uma hora para recebermos um prato com camarão e batata frita. Isso que tivemos que levantar e irmos até o balcão tanto para pedirmos, qto para sabermos o pq da demora e para buscarmos guardanapos. Ninguém foi até a mesa nem pra saber se queríamos algo a mais. Na piscina não há atendimento e poucas espreguiçadeiras em péssimo estado. É permitido crianças pularem na piscina o tempo todo, o que além de tudo é tb perigoso. Não vimos em momento algum, alguém responsável fora do hotel durante a noite e os carros ficam todos lá, bem como chegamos ao estacionamento sem nenhuma segurança, já que fica aberto a qualquer pessoa e a porta do hotel trancada, fica do lado oposto sem visão do estacionamento.
