The ambiance was nostalgic comfort with convenient Cafe that serves delicious homemade sourdough bread in several of their dishes breakfast and lunch. We were not able to go to the music cafe,as we were attending a wedding.When we returned there was still music and the speakeasy that sounded entertaining amd very much enjoyable. The staff was most accommodating offering to take our belongings upstairs and most eager to help us with any requests we had. This is a most quaint historical hotel with homegrown cuisine,which was delicious,and, very much appreciated Hospitalality plus. Very relaxing quiet stay and most friendly town. I highly recommend this wonderful experience! .

The Property was nice and the people that worked there were very nice and helpful The bed was very comfortable the only problem was nobody came up and cleaned the room or brought us clean towels.

Room was very clean. I stayed on a tue and most of the shops were closed. Key was left at the desk so no one was there to check me in. If you stay here, would recommend on a weekend when things are open.

I have been staying at Commodore for many years. It has always been clean and comfortable. This time, The staff seemed preoccupied with their own social get together this time in front of hotel, thereby leaving guests with no quiet place to relax and read.

Starters: No hangers in the closet. Tiny bathroom, no real sink area. Few inconvenietly located wall outlets. No USB at all. Hot water is an exercise. Expensive awful Sunday buffet. For the money, camping is very good option. But nice people and free parking.
