Pros: affordable price, always hot water for the shower, staff friendly and always available for any needs and very convenient for things within walking distance like mall and multiple 24 hr convenient stores in any direction and pharmacies. Cons: There were a couple of cockroaches upon entering my room, but cleaning staff was quick to spray and I didn’t see any the rest of my stay. Most of my two week stay was loud people between guests and staff, but luckily I was already awake every time this was going on. Overall okay for the price I guess.

Our stay at Regency Grand Suites was better than good but not excellent. The room was very nice and roomy with lots of space to move around and the twin beds were very comfortable. The little kitchen was good but there was no provision to wash the dishes provided, no dishcloth or detergent. The split air-conditioner was great and kept the room nice and cool but unfortunately dripped its water onto the balcony which made it unusable. Internet was great, fast download and good for streaming. Very close to Robinsons mall which was great but the people all over the sidewalk made it hard to navigate to the mall. A good stay, nice and quiet and relaxing.

I been staying here I think 4 or 5 times already each time I go on vacation to Manila. It's right across Robinson Mall and lots of dining options inside. Also nice to cool off and walk around. At night the front entrance looks so lively with people and is very safe. Nearby is the dolomite beach and also easy access to LRT PEDRO GIL and just a short walk to Rizal Park. They a nice swimming pool on the 9th floor. The gym area is pretty old some equipment broken but it good for a quick workout.

When I booked my room, I booked a club suite and when I checked in I was hoping for a little bigger room not just a Queen bed. The mattress cover keeps slipping off and they could use a fitted sheet. The staff are all excellent though from the registration all the way to housekeeper and security gate officer. I would definitely stay at this hotel again just need minor details on the property.

The hotel shares with 3 other hotels. So convenient as it's walking distance from the mall. There were cockroaches everywhere. The staff were lovely and tried their best by spraying the room but it was infested with roaches and you can see them walking everywhere. They're living in the nooks within the rooms. The pool was so nice since it's not directly under the sun. Be warned that there's a bar beside the hotel and they're loud during the weekend... ALL night long! Not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. Front of house can do with a little bit more smile but otherwise, very lovely ☺️.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. What we really liked most was the location — it’s super convenient! It’s just a short walk to the mall, the US Embassy, and even the church we wanted to visit. Everything we needed was within walking distance, which made our trip so much easier. Check-in et check-out facile et rapide, une caution est demandée à l'arrivée. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. L'établissement se trouve en face d'un centre commercial géant et à moins de 10 minutes à pied du métro Pedro Gil, qui permet de rejoindre facilement les principaux points d'intérêts de la ville. La chambre avec balcon était située en étage élevée, elle était équipée d'un micro onde et d'un petit réfrigérateur ainsi que des assiettes et des couverts. La climatisation a un peu vécu mais fait le job. Malgré des finitions perfectibles et une eau de la piscine un peu trop fraiche, cet établissement représente un bon rapport qualité/prix.
