Espero y puedan mejorar.

It was ok. Front desk and housekeeping staff are wonderful people, positively the best thing about this Motel 6. Linens smelled fresh and clean. Pool was green, closed and nasty ... post CoVID cuts? "Lawn" (poorly mown weeds) was off limits for the dogs, weeds taller than my dogs way too far from my room was the potty area. Rooms weren't the best maintained, missing moulding, broken glass, missing light bulbs and leaking shower knobs. I never let my dogs touch the floor, I didn't want my dogs to get dirty. Not sure if I will stay again, but I got what I paid for, a cheap place to sleep.

The bed had burn holes on them and it stunk like paraphernalia! Wouldn’t bring kids… not a great area.

This property has really gone downhill. Our shower had a clump of hair in it. The room also smelled.

Clean room. Clean towels. Nothing fancy, just a decent place to stay. The office staff was friendly.

Clerk was not friendly. Many rooms were either not occupiable or occupied by long term residents. Ice machine out of or and has been. TV stations were available but not good picture. Price was right and allowed our dogs which is why we stayed there but will look elsewhere next time through.

The front desk staff were pleasant, not super friendly or above and beyond helpful, but got the job done. The real issues started upon getting in the room. The overall feel upon entering was “gives me the creeps.” There were cockroaches crawling across the floor when we entered. The bathroom light didn’t work. The headboard lights were on and wouldn’t turn off at all. The beds seemed clean enough, but there were obvious holes in the sheets. We even felt like we should have something handy to defend ourselves in case of someone trying to get in during the night. We didn’t feel safe and generally felt gross - couldn’t get out of there fast enough this morning. If the room had been refundable or we even had the money to spare to go elsewhere, we would have.

We're pretty laid back and much doesn't bother us. And we have never left a review before on Hotels.com. Unfortunately, this property was terrible. We booked 2 rooms (4 people total, 2 to a room). Room 1 was somewhat clean. Cobwebs around the bed and heavy smell of cleaning agents. Air conditioning did not work. Room 2 had a broken entry mechanism. We never saw the interior. The "second" room 2 had dirt all over the floor, dead cockroaches in the bathroom, cobwebs throughout, and beds that I wouldn't really classify as being properly made. It's as though they started to make up the beds and never finished. The gentleman running the front desk was very apologetic. And very nice. He tried his best to find a second room for us but none were clean. (It was 4:30pm and he said they only had 1 housekeeper for the day). We told him we would all stay in room 1 until a second room became clean. After sitting in Room 1 for about 15 minutes, we assessed the overall situation and knew the outcome was going to be questionable. And during this time, we came to the realization that the air conditioning was not adequate. We knew we were only 3 hours from home and it wasn't even 5pm yet. We decided to forgo any further issues, loaded up the vehicle, and drove home. I'm not even going to try and talk to Hotels.com about a refund. I'm just looking at it as a learning experience and will never book here again (we were in town for the fair).

Very outdated, no toilet lid on the toilet. No place in bathroom place your clothes. Just sink toilet and shower. Bed covers had cigarette holes throughout, hotel did not feel safe at all. Clerk said I paid to much. but I had gone through a 3rd party. Lesson learned!!! Huge hotel but very few customers! Now I know why.

The first thing I saw in the bathroom were 2 large roaches. The flooring was so worn it made it so I couldn't walk around without socks or shoes.

Clean & friendly

Got caught in spring break traffic & needed a place to rest our head. It was clean, friendly and served our need.
