Check-in process was quick and easy, but the vibe of the experience was a bit sketchy. Random people hanging out in the parking lot late at night, strangely vacant Mexican restaurant on the premises, mysterious sticky substances on the walkway, room door that didn't fully close (it latched, but still let in a lot of light). random cockroach, hairs on the shower curtain, ghetto repairs to the walls, etc.
Onto the good aspects. The air conditioner blows very cold air, which was good because the room smelled musty if we turned off the AC unit. Also, the sketchy Mexican restaurant was actually the highlight of our stay. We were the only patrons around 9:30pm on a Saturday night. The staff was friendly, the food was good and plentiful. The beer and margaritas helped us get over our anxiety of our hotel stay.
The breakfast experience was interesting. The lobby had an empty carafe where the coffee may have been. When I asked the guy at the front desk, he handed me some granola bars. We ended up getting breakfast at the Wawa a half mile away.
