Nice boutique hotel with excellent service.
We had an excellent 2 nights at Pascual Andino. All of the staff were excellent and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Carlos, in particular, went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel.
One of the best places we stayed for our entire three weeks in Chile. The staff are organised and attentive, with great communication. The cleaning staff are excellent somehow managing to keep the Atacama dust and sand out of the rooms. The rooms are comfortable with a rustic feel, but with all the amenities needed. We truly appreciated the front desk staff of this small hotel (8 or 9 rooms from memory) who helped book tours and dinner reservations, and provided excellent recommendations for our short stay.
Staff were friendly & accommodatimg both with parking arrangements & early morning breakfast packs.
The hotel is very well located, close to the main street. Good breakfast, great bed, fantastic shower. There is a jacuzzi to relax after a day of activities and an area where you can sit and have wine and a nice conversation. Worth the price.
Very comfortable stay and helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good size room with large king sized bed and excellent bathroom and shower
The staff were incredibly helpful with suggestions for tours and dining and maps of the town. Breakfast was lovely. Room was beautiful.
Hands down the best place we stayed in South America. I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were so friendly and extremely accommodating when we had to change rooms after deciding to extend our stay (they made sure the next room was ready to move in to right away so that we thankfully could shower after getting back from a morning of sandboarding). Location was excellent, only 1 block from the main street in town but also nice and quiet. The rooms were beautifully designed too - loved the inner cactus garden and the small private patio. Beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast buffet was delicious - so much fresh food! And they let you use the restaurant to sit and have tea whenever you wanted. This was well worth the money.
My wife and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at Pascual Andino. Hotel is very comfortable and well situated in the town in close proximity to restaurants and night life. In particular, we were specifically pleased with the hospitality and restaurant recommendations provided by Carlos who checked us in and showed genuine interest in our experiences during the visit.
