The lady who served the breakfast was the only really good part about our stay. I needed to be able to work online, there was no wifi my whole stay even though during check in I was told it would be on the next day. the windows were broken, smoke from the outside, came in, broken closet, rooms looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, the gym was filthy and a bunch of broken equipments. Electricity for only night time was so inconvenient, I know its a country wide issue but don't advertise what is not so. We did feel safe as the securities were always present. The property needs to be taken cared of better. It's location was the most convenient for us and that is the only reason we didnt move to another hotel. The staff were not bad but the property was in a bad condition

Excelente atención

El Hotel ofrece un aspecto muy importante en Haiti: La seguridad. Asimismo el personal es amable y siempre dispuesto a despejar tus dudas - hablan inglés-. Las instalaciones del Hotel son aseadas, cuenta con bar, piscina y restaurante. Para desplazarte a petición tuya te consiguen un taxi de confianza. Tiene una buena relación calidad precio considerando la situación prevaleciente en el país.

This could be a better place If it was repaired, properly handle, and have better management. Although the staff (2 ladies) were nice and kind.... but the place is not convenient for a hotel,,, and should be advertised maybe as a Guest house basic conditions.....or dormitories,,,, or motel.... but never under the "hotel" label.

The property is old, they have pictures online that look great but not true. Rooms not big enough and need a lot of work to be done. Lots of mosquitoes, bedbugs that bothered me a lot. I should get a full refund I was not happy at all

I like the food I like those servers this hotel needs TLC don’t know where Expedia find those pictures whatever I saw online this is not what I see with my eyes I know what is luxury a Motel home better than the room you make me pay $ 80 nights not even a little fridge AC set up at 8:pm all days I have to stay with fan come on Expedia before you put your name on something like this find out about it I hate lies

Horrible hotel

Worst ever!! The pictures in the website is not real. Hotel is run down and needs work. There’s no pool. The water dried up. I didn’t even stay and went to look for another hotel to stay. A small lizard fell from the ceiling cracks as the front desk staff was showing me the room. Horrible and wouldn’t recommend at all. Zero stars

Breakfast wasn’t what I expected it was no coffee I ordered three omelettes and take 35 minutes I didn’t get it and I had to leave to go to the airport and they still charge me for one extra omelette 😌😌😌😌😌

Bang for the buck

We booked originally 2 Single bed but they gave us 2 Queen beds and Extra single beds. The aircon on room also is very nice.

Hotel needs renovation

I went to Haiti for a funeral. I spent a couple of nights at this hotel, it wasn’t what I expected. They did not have towels and toiletries for hotel guests. The room is a decent size but needs renovation. Although the housekeeping staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel is located in a busy area on route 1.
