Hotel is older, dirty and overpriced for the condition and facilities provided. The pictures online are deceiving, there is no kitchen in the rooms.

We love this motel. It great for a one night getaway. The rooms are updated, beds are comfortable and there is a lite breakfast in the lobby. Sits on the river, beautiful views, two block walk to restaurants, shops and bars.

Anniversary Stay.
Our room had an amazing view of the hillside and the river. During the winter it does take approx. 15mins for the hot shower water to heat up. Most or all shops and diners were within walking distance. Was an amazing stay for our Anniversary.

Ehh.. was hoping for more.
Decided to stay at this place due to recent good reviews and for the location. However our stay was not as accommodating as I had wished. The service and friendliness of the staff was great. However, the room was outdated and could use some deep cleaning. There was “stuff” stuck onto the bathroom walls & doors. The corners of the baseboards was nasty- just giving it a ick feeling. Our room was not the cleanest- there was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. My one and half year old child feet/socks were filthy after walking across the floors. All made me uneasy that it was a well cleaned place. I did see one roach during our stay. I had to put on my big girl attitude and deal with it but likely will not stay here again.

It's a great location right on the river and very close to downtown but it could stand some upgrading. I will stay there again but next time I'll get a cabin. There was too many people outside our room talking way too loud to late at night.

Staff was great. Hotel is right on the river- perfect locale to everything. Perfect spot right in the middle of everything made it easy to walk to every thing we wanted to see.

Left my earrings and they refused to send them with out me sending a envelope "FedEx only" to have them shipped to me. After spending over $500 for two nights I find it hard to believe they couldn't afford to send them to me. Breakfast was all frozen or prepackaged. Yuck. The towels were scratchy beds okay. Need more blankets. Would not recommend.
