The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of everything with numerous bars, restuarants & shops close by. The breakfast was very good, the room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The only criticism that I would have is that the lifts are very slow and when we were on the top floor, then going down to and coming back up from breakfast was painful as the lifts were stopping at nearly every floor.

Os banheiros deveriam ter barras de segurança e antiderrapante nos pisos,são bem perigosos para todas as idades. Café da manhã muito bom. O que tem que ser melhorado são os elevadores, apenas 02 para atender 17 andares com mais de 10 apartamentos por andar além de ser extremamente lento. Chegamos à esperar 10 minutos para conseguir descer ou subir. As reclamações dos hóspedes em relação aos elevadores eram assuntos mais ouvidos.
