Rent och fint underhållet. Bra läge, nära till intressanta sevärdheter, mat och shopping. Bra och god frukost, riktig juice vilket är ovanligt. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal, man känner sig välkommen och omhändertagen.

I loved everything about this facility. The location is great for walking and you are just outside a busy open market...this was our introduction to the hotel. Fanny who was running the desk was very helpful and accomodating, it helped that she was pretty fluent in english, I wish I knew more Italian. THe room was huge, the windows opened into an alley not much of a view but I loved the fresh air when it was cool. The air conditioner worked well. Breakfast looked great, but I am a coffee and pastry and go guy. I would highly recommend this hotel and will look to book here next time I am in Palermo.

Accueil très chaleureux à notre arrivée avec plein de conseils sur les lieux incontournables de Palerme. L'hotel est très bien situé, la chambre était spacieuse et la literie de bonne qualité. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu tester le petit déjeuner car nous sommes partis dans la nuit pour notre vol.

Le B&B est une demeure sicilienne restaurée avec deux petites terrasses ouvertes à tous. L’endroit a son charme. Le B&B est situé dans la zone touristique : la plupart des sites se trouvaient à moins de 30 minutes à pieds. Andrea était disponible tout au long du séjours et a fourni de bonnes adresses.

This was such a great stay. The location was fantastic, steps away from the Mercato , and short walks to most tourist destinations. Staff was incredible, from front desk to service, they were truly amazing and always eager to help with our many questions and requests from booking taxis and restaurants, to advice on where to go and what to. Breakfast was delicious with plentiful choices, and we had an option to sit outside in a lovely terrace or inside the cute dining area... the hot chocolate was yummy! We appreciated the tea and coffee station available 24hours , very thoughtful. The only downside was though the location was central, being so close to the market, it was quite loud at night... at least in room 1, and made it hard to sleep even at 1130pm or midnight. I think the shutters need to be more soundproof given the location. The room though roomy, had one bedroom upstairs with very steep stairs, not a big issue for us, but should be pointed out when booking in case some one has mobility issues. This wasn't stated when picking rooms. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

An amazing place to stay in the heart of Palermo in one of the most iconic areas of the city. The considered decor of the property is perfectly aligned with the raw artistic beauty of Palermo! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

This property is right in the heart of Palermo, close to all the main sights. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our suite had a balcony and it was nice to sit out and watch the street below. Breakfast is a buffet style that you take out onto a little terraced area. Plenty of options to choose from. I would recommend this property if visiting Palermo.

The bathroom was quite old. Hence, there was wear and tear. in addition, to dirty tiles and faucets. in the corners of the rooms there was dust and dirt. The lift didn’t work and there was steep stairs we also had a two year-old with us three large suitcases and a pram with no working lift. The positives were: very good location walking distance to the centre of town, the staff were very very friendly and the ceilings and architecture of the building were beautiful.

Fantastic staff. Location hard to get to (centro storico, ZTL) but the staff helped guide us to the public parking located outside the ztl -- it required dragging our suitcases over cobble stones through the market, but we survived. Once we were settled, we really enjoyed the hotel with a super helpful and courteous staff.

We were totally lost when we arrived tired in Sicily and the general manager came to our rescue- literally. Helped us find free parking, helped with permits, recommended beaches and even took the time to explain history of the area. We appreciated so much all the care and generosity she gave. Breakfast was fantastic too

Staff was SO very helpful- one of the sweetest and most friendly in Palermo! The hotel itself was full of charm and character - a palazzo once occupied by royals, and now converted into quaint and interesting rooms. It is centrally located and easy to access.

we stayed for 3 nights in the upper floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and spacious with a very welcome outdoor patio space. Happy we found this accommodation, felt perfectly quite, restful, and secluded -away from the frenetic pace of the street markets a very short walk from your door. We shall return, just love Palermo. Thank you
