Staying at Manacá Hotel was a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed. The hotel’s design blends modern comfort with a warm, inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The pool area was a true oasis—surrounded by beautifully designed to blend with the natural surroundings. Whether I went for an early morning swim or a refreshing dip in the evening, the water was always pristine and inviting. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, perfect for soaking up the sun. Overall, Manacá Hotel provided outstanding service, a perfect location, and a relaxing environment. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

A equipe do hotel é bem prestativa, mas o modelo do estacionamento é péssimo. A piscina estava limpa e agradável. O café da manhã tinha certa variedade, mas senti falta de ovos mexidos. Quarto confortável, espaçoso, lençóis e toalhas de ótima qualidade e bem limpos. Localização muito boa e tranquila, perto de tudo. Pontos negativos: Passei cinco dias e todos os dias o elevador deu problema varias vezes por dia ficava fechado. Cafe da manhã é péssimo, pão seco e ruim, pouca proteína dois dias da semana a proteína era ovo cozido. Não achei legal cobrarem estacionamento, e o sistema de acesso era problemático nao reconhecia a placa do carro tinha que ficar descendo do carro pra ir na recepção ou apresentar um papel no sistema pra ele abrir a cancela. Já me hospedei 3 vezes nesse mesmo hotel. Essa foi a ultima vez. Acho que o estresse do elevador, estacionamento e o cafe da manhã não compensa o custo benefício do valor.

Gostei que o hotel fica no centro, próximo ao terminal de ônibus, que dá acesso ao aeroporto e alguns pontos turísticos. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã. Poderia ter suco natural e os bolos melhores ( pois somente o de chocolate estava bom). Quanto ao atendimento dos funcionários, todos foram atenciosos e prestativos, foi o que mais gostei ❤️ As acomodações oferecem o necessário, conforto e praticidade.
