Cute hotel with dated trimmings

I didn't go in the pool this trip because I was there for modernism but I've been at this hotel before and the pool and hot tub are the best part. They are clean and you have a lovely view of the mountains and the fun giant duck floaty. However, I was hoping to say better things about the state of the hotel now that there's new management, and while some things have improved (better air conditioning), some little things really make the experience sub par. Firstly, leave instructions int the room for the various remotes. Second, cleanliness is next to godliness especially at hotels. I found hair in the towels and what looked like blood on the wall of my room. Also the bathroom window of my unit #1 opened all the way and was wider open when I came back to the hotel then when I left my room that morning. Not safe. The breakfast is a handful of yogurts, and muffins and subpar coffee. Mind you I've just gotten back from Greece where every hotel has a massive buffet included with your stay, but I digress. Better breakfast please, or just don't advertise it. A cute candy on the bed, a note of thanks. A curtain rod that doesn't all off when I hand my towels on it. All the little things that can take this cute hotel in a perfect location to the next level. For this price, it beats Twin Palms any day. Hugs.

This property definitely can’t call himself a Hotel. It is a motel at best. I can’t believe they have the audacity to charge a resort fee. Resort fee for what????

The property is very unique looking as it is more of a boutique hotel. The front desk representative was very friendly and eager to help me with any question I had. The property is located within downtown Palm Springs and everything is within walking distance. Very good location

2/10 Poor

The room was not ready for us when we checked in. We were given the keys to the room and found it dirty. We then had to go back across the street and let the front desk know. We were then given a new room in a different location.

Needs work.

Just stayed one night instead of four. Sweet staff but the room was a bit dated. Floor in bathroom not great and after the maid came in we arrived back to find the shower head dripping and floor was flooded. No hot water. They were aware and I’m sure fixed it but we checked out. Not much of a “free breakfast”. The place has potential but it’s not there yet.

Keep Coming Back

This was our second time staying here. The staff, from the front desk to the maid team, are very helpful. We love the location as it is next to a Total Wine and walkable to restaurants and shops. The rooms are nice and the pool is great...especially with its new mesh chairs and nice umbrellas. The ice machine was broken but they had a large ice chest, as well as ice cold water dispenser, at the pool for us to use. There were some old, broken chairs on our back patio. It was too hot to even use that area though...didn't damper our stay. We will be back for sure.

We stayed at this place for one night , don’t be fooled by the pictures on line , when you go in there half of the blinds where broken so we had no privacy, anyone could walk buy my room and look in side also the AC unit sounded like it was going to brake the whole night, worst experience ever didn’t sleep for one minute I left the room at 6 am , never again not worth it

Nice clean hotel in great location

We enjoyed our stay at The Three Fifty and would recommend it. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we liked the modern clean design. Plus the location was very convenient to downtown Palm Springs. There were a few things that could be improved. One was a noise A/C unit in our room. Another was a loose toilet seat. Also, the quality of towels was not what I would expect given the price we paid. It's not a budget hotel, but the towels would tell you otherwise. But overall we had a positive impression.
Dean, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

We have stayed at this property previously, and our previous room was pretty good, although it was in a different room. Our most recent stay was very disappointing. The floor was dirty, the shower was barely a trickle, the Keurig coffee maker brewed lukewarm, watery coffee, and because of the configuration of the room, the exterior lights lit up the inside of the sleeping area like daylight, and it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. The mattress was also rumpsprung, and in poor shape. Air conditioner was filthy with accumulated dust and debris. Towels were the cheapest grade possible & small and rough. Needless to say, will never stay here again unless it is completely remodeled and clean.

Yuck- not clean.

I really did not like it here and would not recommend unless you are young and very budget conscious. The checking is across the street. No cross walk. We were given keys to the wrong room so I had to go back across 2x. My bed sheets did not look clean at all and I found long hairs all over them which is really gross. I would not recommend it or would ever stay here. Yuck. Also the wifi did not not work. No laundry bag in room either- I snuck a trash liner from the maids cart to put my wet bathing suit in because there are no staff at this property.

Depressing, understaffed, worn hotel

We are Palm Springs aficionados and have stayed at the Del Marcos several times over the years, including Christmas. This time around, Del Marcos was price prohibitive so we chose The Three Fifty, which is under the same management and next door to Del Marcos. What we realized is when a corporation takes over, the quality SIGNIFICANTLY deteriorates. We wish the Kirkwood Collection execs would stay in our room, PAY FOR IT, and experience what we experienced: a run-down, overpriced, understaffed hotel. The rooms weren't horrible, but everything was incredibly worn, the plaster was broken, the paint was chipped, the pillows were flat. We told them we wanted our room cleaned, it was not. When we went to get towels that evening, we could tell the sweet boys at the desk were overworked. They had to check-in all three hotels, including Del Marcos. Now we know NOT to stay at Del Marcos - which was priced at $600 a night that week. Since there is no staff at the hotel itself - it just felt abandoned, cheerless and depressing. The empty room that housed the coffee and muffins in the morning was extremely depressing. I didn't even know that was where to go, because there was no sign that said it was the lobby. It house unused desks, and was completely lackluster. The kitchenette was efficient - they gave us utensils, bowls and paper towels which was useful. This is what happens when a corporation takes over, they just don't care. We should have read the other reviews.
Priya, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

I am so sad to say that I was very disappointed in my stay here and it was extremely overpriced. I cannot believe I paid a resort fee on top of the room costs. 1. The walls are very thin so I could hear all the conversations, in detail, going on around the pool and from within the room nearby. 2. The dealbreaker for me was the lack of curtains for the large windows facing the bed. No curtains, just old screen door vertical blinds. I had so much light pollution throughout the night and beginning as soon as first morning light. I was exhausted. Not to mention that blackout curtains would help with the noise pollution. 3. The place was not staffed with full-time, on-site service. I have no idea what resort amenities I was paying for. To check in to my room or ask any questions to an actual person, I had to go across the street to their sister property for in-person, real time assistance. I had a question about my tv not working and couldn’t get anyone on the phone, left a message, but no one called me back. Overall, I feel like I was staying in someone’s abandoned house, squatting in a spare bedroom. It was a cute and clean room but at the price I paid I was expecting an actual hotel.

It worked out well, great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are located across the street when you check in, but that's fine. The place isn't terribly fancy, but the price is right and clean and comfortable. Lots of kvetching in reviews I read before I left. They do have privacy curtains and they did have sheets and towels that were clean and efficient. They are also dog friendly so my little fur baby came with me on the weekend. You can get drinks and food across the street in the more bougie property if you need to. For a few nights, it's great actually.
