When i arrived the worker behind the counter ignored me for a moment then tokd me to wait a moment. He did nothing but stand there for a few minutes and waited for another person to come in and clock on and then he left. The new worker was quiet didnt talk and also made me wait a moment with out saying anything. Eventually after checking in we drive around the building to where our room was. While passing the side of the building, the side door looked smashed by bullet holes. Upon arriving to the door we would go into the building through, the handle was busted and the door was able to open without key. Unfortunately we had the room next to this door and it slammed all night long. Along with the neighbor upstairs running around til 5am nonstop, my family didnt get any sleep. Once we were all up and getting ready for the day, THERE WAS A COCAROACH NEXT TO OUR FOOD, ALIVE! We immediately booied a different hotel and packed everything up and went to the front desk to ask for a refund. I even have a photo of the bug! The same man from the night before was there, the 1st worker, and he was ver dismissive and had no feedback and was basically ignoring us as he stared at his computer screen. The front desk guy, #2, was clueless and didnt know what to do in the situation and kept looking at the man, #1, while #1 just kept looking at his computer. Eventually he said hotels com needs to refund us to get our $ back.
