Habitación sucia. Ducha sucia. Lavado tapado. Cama con pelos. Tiene televisor pero al solicitar el control remoto te dicen que no tienen. En resume, un total desastre. Creo que jamás volvería. Prefiero dormir en el carro.

I had to make a special trip down to check-in my friends, since I made the reservation. Trucks outside were loud, scary other patrons, did not look like they updated at all since taking over from Motel 6 years ago.

Staff was very rude and unwilling to help. No television remote for our tv and front desk offered no solution. We were not given pillows and front desk hung up on me when I asked for some. Sheets were not clean, furniture was broken and wobbly, and bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our stay. Outside trashes were overflowing and smelled awful

Pillow was Horrible no filling in it. No tiny bottles if body wash and shampoo. As compare to other motels same price as $87. Price should be $59 with these services. Bathroom tap was not good. Definitely needs some Renovation

Very CLEAN Property SPACIOUS Rooms and Bathrooms Very HELPFUL STAFF.. Very Reasonably Priced Excellent LOCATION. .Lot of shopping centers nearby and Brand New HUGE STARBUCKS Right next to Hotel Lobby ..it almost feels as PART of Hotel Plenty of Open parking Spaces Police Patrolling very frequently I have been to 52 Countries Globally and Man different STATES of USA I ve stayed in ALL Kinds of HOTELS from 7 Star to 2 STAR keeping in mind my wide experience in travelling I ENJOYED My Stay and I will recommend ALL My Friends and repeat stay once again it was very affordable RATES

I stayed for only 1/2hr before leaving and requesting a refund. They did not have anything they said they did in the rooms. The staff people were not very helpful. It was 95 degrees outside and their ice machine was broken and told me I could buy some across the street. I grabbed my stuff and turned in the key and asked for a refund. When I asked for my receipt he said it was thru the Internet. Later when I checked, there was no refund so after contacting them and hotels.com I had to file a claim with my charge card company.

Mannnn the manager Myra is the worst she keeps a attitude and i don’t even thinks she knows why i been booking here for work the last few weeks and she always gives me problems the sad part is she’s giving me problems about booking and paying ahead of time i can’t do it no more if you plan on staying over one day this is not the hotel for you she wants to to check out or pay the early check in fee in which no one else here has a problem she’s the type to up hold a so called policy about checking out but don’t policy the roaches or broken TV or policy all the crack heads roaming their parking lots i feel attacked i come and go to work i have no traffic no complaints and it’s always something i’m doing you guys think twice before booking here💯
