A hotel that has real charm and character, with views out to sea, across the promenade that are truly amazing. The room was clean with adequate facilities and ours had signs of a recently fitted bathroom. The floorboards squeaked but that is to be expected for a building with age and such character. The cooked breakfast was excellent, as for the continental choice as well.

Possibly the best view of Llandudno you could get, we were on the top floor. Great characterful building close to Happy Valley. Enjoyed the stay, breakfast was really nice, room clean and comfy beds

Nice breakfast ,clean room , oldie world feel and very unique . Parking tight and on a hill . Lovely staff .bedroom rather small though . My only gripe was on arrival I was asked to pay an extra £30 for my 2 small dogs as an addition . I paid the money , but it was not mentioned as an audition in any of the emails or terms that I could find after paying .

Perfect location overlooking Llandudno, with easy access to Happy Valley for dog walks. We saw lots of the goats around there too. The room was really comfortable and clean and even the garden view has a sea view. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Every morning the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The only downside was the parking. You either get blocked in or are blocked in and when the road is busy too, there really isn't anywhere else to park.

We enjoyed our stay. Our sea view room was lovely The breakfast in particular was excellent. Good variety of fresh fruit, and excellent cooked breakfast. A particular thank you to all the staff particularly to the lady who served breakfast/reception/housekeeping. She was very friendly and helpful. Extremely dog friendly.

Headlands Hotel have own specific vibes. We were there before and I hope we will stay there again. Clean Victorian style rooms with squicky stairs ,helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was lovely in peaceful atmosphere. Great things about this hotel is a location.

This is a nice Victorian Hotel right at the end of the street so no through traffic. Behind it are extensive parks for kids to play. You have views of Llandudno. The gentleman we found at the reception Saturday morning made it look like we were the guests he'd been waiting for all along. The lady serving breakfast Sunday morning sounded like we were her own guests in her own sitting room! We will definitely return. Thanks.

Booked as a same day last minute trip. The view was lovely from up in our room and also the dining room. Parking was a bit tight as it was full. We parked on the yellow lines with the disability pass for a while and there was more parking on the road later. That said most of Llandudno was also very full on out arrival so we felt very luck at such short notice! The breakfast was very nice and the hotel is a lovely old listed bulding.

Beautiful Victorian inn at the very top of the hill with sweeping views of the town and pier. 5 min walk down to the beach and pier. Hot Breakfast was amazing! Got a treat seeing the Llandudno goats strolling down the street, nibbling the hedges. Very steep hill for anyone with mobility challenges. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Nice little hotel. Situated by the cable car beach , town and pier which was great. Room was very hot , would have been nice to have had the windows left open to get some cool air in. Bed was comfortable and the towels were good quality. Room had a fan which was a god send in this extreme heat. Only gripe was 1 tea bag each. Not enough sadly.

Nice place to stay. Good views. Excellent location. Room had everything. Everywhere was nice and clean. And the breakfast was first class. Roll on, our next visit in August.
