The service was extremely poor, the room was terrible. I'm trying to send you the videos after I approached and contacted the lobby staff. They went directly to the room and confirmed it wasn't acceptable. They promised to change it the next day. When I went back in the morning, a new service representative showed me the room. After seeing the videos, she told me to trust her and that she would change my room. She said I could leave without worry, and that when I returned in the afternoon, after finishing my responsibilities, I should go to the lobby where they would have the keys to the new room. When I arrived around eight o'clock at night, they told me they'd had a lot of problems because the app was selling more rooms than they had available, and that unfortunately, it wasn't possible to change my room. I had to stay in a truly awful room, including the fact that on the first day they told me I had to wait because the blankets were being washed when they finally gave them to me that night. When I went to complain, they were annoyed that I mentioned it again and gave me some that were all stained and dirty. I really don't recommend that hotel at all, and the service even less so.
