Spacious room, great friendly staff always wishing to make your stay better. Best location in town with access to the beach and mall.

Great location for walking to and around Casablanca- the lighthouse is a 30 minute walk and the mosque about an hour walk. Located directly next to the mall and next to restaurants so there is lots of options for food and shopping. Direct beach access was great as well. The hotel is a bit rundown if you look hard, but overall, a good hotel for it's location and price. After traveling by train from Fes, this was a welcome respite on our trip. The staff were kind and breakfast was good with made to order eggs, fresh fruit and lots of other options.

Fast check-in, excellent service, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking is available in the underground garage. The rooms are spacious and have large balconies. The housekeeping staff were especially kind and helpful. The beach is great, although the pool is a bit small. The location is excellent, and the breakfast is good. We will definitely come back next time.

Lovely hotel by the ocean. The staff were beyond sweet; the breakfast was generous!

6/10 Buena

The location is great, free underground parking. While the room is large which makes it practical for families the room lacks a bit of utilities. It came with only 3 towels and no additional sheets for the sofa bed. I asked the housekeeping team and never received it. The pool is nice but very small, the access to the public beach is also practical. Very close to the mall and many cafes. More apartment feel than hotel feel. No coffees machine or coffee in the room.

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean. However, the room was freezing even after the air condition was turned off. I would return if I were to ever visit Casablanca again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pestana Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and alwAys willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for. The location is outstanding, right on the beachfront and close to restaurants, cafes and Mall. It was the perfect base to explore the city while enjoying the beautiful ocean view and walks. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The room was clean and provided what we needed during our stay. The breakfast had a great selection including moroccan dishes and the staff was attentive. A great combination of excellent service, prime location and comfortable accommodations.

i have always stayed and selected this hotel for more than 7 years , at least twice a year. But this time, it was different. the hotel is understaffed and not responding as they used to do before. In addition, AC everywhere in the hotel is intentionally not being turned on for saving purpose. in conclusion, I hope this situation will be solved soon !.

Overall a lovely staff at Pestana , my room was literally a small apartment, spotless and also had a washing machine ( which was great after a week of traveling ) . The hotel breakfast was a steal and had a lot of good options
