2/10 Mediocre
19 de febrero de 2026
I have traveled to more than 20 countries around the world and I have never experienced something like this.
Dreamcatcher is NOT a hotel. It is a poorly adapted house functioning as a cheap hostel, sold at boutique luxury prices. Calling this a “hotel” is misleading.
The pictures online do not reflect reality. They create a staged, aesthetic illusion, but once you arrive, everything feels uncomfortable and improvised. The bathroom appears to be built where a parking lot used to be. The shower is outdoors with cold water. The mattress was one of the worst I have ever slept on. There is zero sense of comfort, privacy, or basic quality standards.
The neighborhood does not match the boutique positioning they suggest. The entire experience feels deceptive.
Customer service was equally disappointing. Staff members were evasive and unprepared, covering for each other instead of addressing clear inconsistencies and complaints. There was no accountability, no real solutions, and no transparency.
The most shocking part is the price. You pay what would normally be a luxury boutique hotel rate, and what you get is a low-level hostel experience in very poor conditions.
Extremely overpriced, deeply misleading, and by far one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had.
I would strongly caution anyone before booking here.
