The property smelled like mold and cat p*ss. The room was 7x7. The bathroom was on the other side of the building. The room looked like two military cots with flat pillows. It was so bad we left to find another place without asking for a refund. I will not let my wife stay in such a place.

Check-in was awful, could not find the anyone to let us in for half an hour until a neighbor came and showed us to the managers apartment inside the building, which we couldn’t have found without this strangers kindness. When we finally met the manager he tried to charge us multiple more times for the room after we showed our itinerary number and explained we’d already paid, he insisted on trying to charge me card 2 more times. Worst of all, when we woke in the morning we found the bed full of bedbugs. We will be asking for a full refund due to the terrible conditions.

Don’t book rooms from this site. I booked the room then I visited in the hotel and the manager was too rude he was very aggressive then i told him that i booked the room he said there is no room available go and aak from the members of site. After that I called on customer care no but there was no response then he said you pay again then and he will arrange the room for me. Why i pay again because i paid when i booked the room£44. Single bed is OK, No any towel , No toilet paper at all , no tea, coffee or sugar bags , Free parking is Good , have kettle for boiling water , Wi-Fi is the name only , cannot use Wi-Fi , Found a bug under pillow in the morning, video and photo it and then killed it , left blood stain on the bed sheet . So I only slept for one night . Did not try that use TV , no shower ,use my own toilet paper. I cleaned my trash , and took them to trash outside The house. It is below rate 3 , It seemed that No people do house keeping . What will your Expedia do for me for spending money for stay one night in such a room

Pretty cool staying in an english pub... but.

Pretty cool staying in an english pub... But, it was a little run down and was a victim of "deferred maintenance". Some of the beer taps were not working. Staff was friendly and helped when they could. TV was small and old, no remote "someone stole it"? Shower hardware was deficient. Close to Heathrow Airport, stayed over to catch an early flight!

Lovely location. However needs a new management. No soap, was told to go and buy from the corner shop. Previous urine stains on toilet seat. Room heating not working... however was given a heater/blower by the chap on duty. No wifi password given. Morning view was beautiful from the window... ducks... however on checkout saw all filth dumped in the parking -perhaps not visible on arrival at dark. Could really improve but things are shabby currently (aim to improve)

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the place if filthy, the staff are rude and never around when you need them. There was a dead rat on the floor on the way to my room, the shower is horrible and dirty, the tv in the room didn’t work and the beds are terrible. To top it off you get free parking with the room and for some reason my number plate wasn’t put into the system so they are trying to hit me with a £100 parking fine, though my car was parked there for 40 minutes which would have cost me a pound as I didn’t feel safe leaving it there.

This was frankly awful and we didn't stay. We can in. Saw the communal bathroom was disgusting and uncleaned. The passkey was given on a torn off bit of paper, and everyone can see what everyone has as a code. No keys. I saw the stains in the room and heard, what I assume, was rats in the wall and paid for another hotel which we went to stay at.

This may be a cultural thing as I'm used to American hotels and this is in a South Asian neighborhood... it was not filthy but not very clean either. No soap or shampoo and no towels. Very thin pillows. However, we were exhausted and he let us check in early for £20, and it was safe and out of the weather. There was a restaurant inside and the area wasn't too noisy and seemed safe. It's next to a very nice park. The beds were comfortable.
