We stayed here for a soccer weekend the room was spacious ,clean but definitely needs to be cleaner, the carpet floors needs deep cleaning. All the ice makers we out on every floor ! the Lobby was nice , the coffee and breakfast area was nice , clean , with a good variety of things to eat . Overall I would stay here again if needed . Very convenient location with plenty of food and shopping close by .

I have stayed here numerous times over the years. This stay was not enjoyable. Some staff were ok and others were not helpful. I have never experienced this during my previous stays, but I was awakened numerous nights at around 4 am, due to what sounded like a garbage truck dumping or picking up trash. I was staying in a room on the westside of the hotel.

Had a reservation, it was the night of a concert so it was late when I arrived. 1:30 in the morning I was told that I didn’t have a room, they were full. Every hotel there was full so here I am at 2 in the morning with a 12 year old, dog tired with no where to go. I ended up having to drive through rain and fog tired for 3 hours home and didn’t get home till 5:30. Worst experience you could imagine, terrible way to run a business. When you make a reservation 2 weeks in advance and they just give it away, I could just understand. The general manager was supposed to reach out after I left my information and not a call or a text. This is not the way you treat customers.
