Great stay with family

Great stay in Salalah during the Khareef Season. The hotel is centrally located and has easy access to most of the key locations to visit during the Khareef season.

I arrived at 11am very tired and was immediately able to check into my room. The room was spacious and clean. I used the pool and breakfast was good, you could order omelettes at the counter. All the staff were extremely helpful and the hotel is located close to a mall and lots of eating places so no need for a taxi in the evening. Recommend and would stay again!

Hotel is lovely and staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the supermarket in the mall below is handy for additional snacks. I got a free upgrade to a suite and the room was nice and spacious, comfortable and clean. There was some noise however from the building work in the mall below but I was still able to enjoy my stay.

Nicest hotel staff and great value

Enjoyed four days in Salalah, and in particular the very professional and caring staff at the Salalah restaurant, whether at the front desk, the lobby cafe, or the pool. Great beach option, available by bus transfer, and lots to see in and around town. Highly recommended!

I like the staff, especially Fatimah from the reception, she is careful about the details, very helpful and makes things easier and more smoothly. The hotel is connected to the mall. The area is very good; there are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay again.

My note is about your booking services. First, room you showed is different than than one i stayed in. Second, you should consider checkout time, especially if the flight is late
