Good, central location, close to the city centre and the port. Near to plenty of restaurants and within very easy walking distance of points of interest. Good connections to the airport, the bus stop is a two minute walk away. Alessandro, our host, was superb. He gave us tips on where to eat and where to visit. We felt he paid good attention to any small requests and could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was ample with a good choice. Our room had en-suite facilities, a balcony and a dressing room and was very comfortable. Air conditioning was a must mid-August and the fridge in the room was useful for keeping the wine cool! We booked at short notice, but were very pleased, probably the best B&B we have stayed in. Palermo is quite dusty and grimy with lots of graffiti, the area around the B&B is no different, but once you go through the entrance doors, you won't be disappointed. It was very quiet, on a fairly quiet road, but a two minute walk takes you into the hustle and bustle of Palermo - near enough, but far enough away. If we visit Palermo again, we will definitely stay here again
