Super friendly staff. It’s a beautiful bend in the road and it’s convenient that the store/cafe is across the street. Great sunsets and there are a few restaurants nearby. Place is a bit dated but spacious and good parking with nice views and a maintained trail to the bluff.

This was a really nice place to stay. The place itself is very old, but they do an excellent job of keeping it clean and maintaining it as well as they can. They had a working hot tub, which was very nice. They had a little path with some chairs so you could just relax and see the ocean, which was also nice. All of the rooms have sliding glass doors into a back patio, which was also very nice. We brought our dog and it was a great place for us to be able to take her on walks. The staff were top notch. Very helpful and so very kind.

Such a beautiful location with a path to the cliff side where you can watch the ocean create music against the rocks. These cool little units beat the pants off of a hotel stay!

You will enjoy the quiet, hands off feeling of this property. It has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and it's a short walk down to the bluff (no direct beach access). We found the bed to be comfortable and the room facilities well done. You really do have to bring your own food or know about the various restaurants in the area. The store across the highway is good for hot breakfast items and coffee-type drinks. All in all, we will definitely be back the next time we're vacationing in the area.

The property was nice , clean. Everyone nice and helpful. No cleaning during stay , but able to get amenities from front desk. My only complaint, and I’m sure can’t be helped, but room smelled like a fireplace . Very strong. And we never used fireplace.

It was not the “wonderful” experience that Hotels.com listed. The lodge is outdated & not very clean. The ocean view from the room is just water. To see the cliffs you must walk on a path cut through a field full of gofer/mole holes. The view of cliffs pictured online is actually down the Hwy north a bit. It’s definitely overpriced. I would not stay again.
