Man on reception was extremely helpful and sorted a room but we had to pay again. The room was spacious and clean but someone had used the toilet and it had not been flushed! On est une famille de 04 personnes. J’ai réservé 02 chambres Twins ce week-end avec la canicule. Malgré le fait que les deux chambres étaient au même prix , seulement l’une avait de la climatisation, tandis que l’autre avait seulement un ventilateur sur pied. On a dû dormir avec la fenêtre bien ouverte, ce qui n’a pas été formidable. Il faudrait préciser une prochaine fois, lors du moment de la réservation, le souhait d’avoir de la climatisation dans les chambres. Aussi, en arrivant, une chambre manquait des serviettes. Mais. le monsieur de l’accueil a été très efficace et a résolu le problème. Le personnel était serviable.
