Room was nice and clean, just a little small. Not much in the way of a blanket or bedspread. It was more like sleeping under 2 sheets. Coffee maker not great. Parking is tight. Had to pay 1.50 a bag for ice.

Loved the hospitality, $1.50 bags of ice was awesome. The only thing I would add is a gazebo on the beach side of the breeze way . Keep the the old Nags Head charm!

I liked everything about my stay here! The room was clean staff was great and accommodating I plan on staying here again! I do have some suggestions I would put buckets under the air conditioner to catch the water and use it to water any plants.

Nice place to stay. I was a little thrown off I thought all the room had beach patios. Only a select few have them.Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks Jim for all your advice. The pool was refreshing and always clean. We had a room with 1 Queen bed. Room s are very small but it worked for us. Lots of rooms had dogs and I did not see any issues with dogs or their owners. We plan to come back next year.

This is a great classic hotel that is reminiscent of 50s and 60s OBX. Great proximity to the beach, with a great pool. Only complaint are the beds! Not comfortable at all. You don’t have to spend much just replace them.

This is a basic beach motel, but what makes it stand out, is the staff. They are very kind, helpful, polite, professional. I had a great time while visiting. Parking was easy and the beach is just a hop, skip and a jump through the breezeway.

We loved this old school motel. The only negative at all is that the shower was tiny. That’s it, otherwise, we loved everything about the place. Would absolutely stay here again.
