Upon arrival for my pre booked and paid for my 5 day 4 night stay, I was informed that the hotel was not taking any clients as the hot water and Wi-Fi were not working and that Expedia had been notified immediately upon receiving notification. At no stage was I notified and had to find alternative accommodation. I now request my payment made to Expedia be refunded.

Room basic but pleasant, staff really nice, breakfast good. I waas bitten in the night, but can't be sure whether that was something in the bed or a mosquito from outside.

staff at the Ecoland Suites & Inn were very nice and courteous, they went out of their way to make sure everything was fine. staffer went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of,

また利用したい

付帯品は、タオルと石鹸だけでしたが、セブンイレブンと安価で美味しいレストランに隣接し、SMモールも目の前とロケーションは良かったです。室内は、ベット、冷蔵庫、無料Wi-Fi、5分待てばお湯の出るシャワー全てに問題は感じなかったです。安価なのでまた利用したいです。

aircondition system needs to be improved ..... room is stuffy, feels like its been locked for ages.... no good ventilation even when its not in use... staff were attentive and conteous they tried to provide my requedt but they are limited to what they currently have.... they are renovating, good sign. hooe they work on air quality.... better removed the carpet in the stairs....

I was so frustrated, the room was dirty , toilet was horrible , I couldn’t even set at the sofa ,, I checkout at early as 6am the next day , I CANT STAND IT !!!!!! First and last ,,

I keep on transferring another room coz first room it has foul odor, 2nd room still smells bad and no window. Then i upgraded to the suit room with window. There & then i was able to rest

Cockroaches

Housekeeping don’t do a good job. You tell them to clean your room and they just clean the parts that can be seen but when you look under the beds is oh so dirty. There are small cockroaches and eggs too

Expectations failed.

Only 2 things that made me rate it w/ 3, the pool & the local area wherein so close to different restaurants. The facility is outdated needs renovation, installation of elevator & electronic locks w/ working secondary lock, & clean & fix the air-conditioning systems..

Close to SM which is convenient

The bedsheets have many holes, there were small bed bugs, there was no foot mat, the faucet of the sink is moving, shaking...never again will I book in this hotel!

The room was not cleaned properly, bed sheets itchy, the bathroom mouldy smelt of rising damp. Had to run the air con for 10mins with the door open prior to each entry. The entire room needs a good clean and there is insufficient natural light. We had some options for accommodation to make our stay here as short as possible. We used those...I was also sick twice from the breakfast meals served onsite. Never again.

Near SM Ecoland

Friendly staffs but beddings needs updating and beds debugging. Had bites from bed bugs and mosquitoes despite staff sraying insect spray upon pur request.

Lady at the reception desk must have thought we were soldiers from our gear and when she overheard that we had just driven into the city from Maguindanao province. She wasn't at all friendly or respectful while checking us in, and seemed irritated when I inquired about the breakfast service. The room was very small, the bathroom fixtures were old and a bit dingy. Overall, the place was minimally adequate for our purpose which was a place to stay after we missed our original flight.

i wanted to book a hotel near smx sm lanang premium where d convention was held. i did not know that ecoland suite is in sm ecoland different area. then you over charge my credit card. please debate

Nice hotel close to SM Davao

The hotel is okay if you are just looking for a nice place to rest after a day tour in the city. It is also close to SM so you can buy anything you need within a walking distance. It could use some improvements but it is compensated of the staff's hospitality.

Poor service bad hotel and lack of information

They dont know my reservation thru expedia as stated they dont have a record of my booking!!! Room is filty! Shower room poorly designed and very dirty .. Staff not accomodating and stated i have no reservation with them.. When i showed them my booking they said that they dont have available room as they are not aware of my booking .. I have to wait till 5 pm for the other 2 rooms i reserved!! As staff stated no room available & i have to wait for them to clean the room that was just vacated
